Andersen New Zealand Limited, operating in New Zealand as Andersen (“Andersen in New Zealand”), has been acquired by Andersen Group Inc.,further connecting the firm within the larger Andersen platform and supporting its continued development across the Asia-Pacific region.
Based in Auckland, Andersen in New Zealand joined Andersen’s global platform as a collaborating firm in 2022 and became a member firm in 2025. Led by Office Managing Directors Matt Bellingham, Aaron Wallace, and Mike Atkinson, the firm advises small to medium-sized enterprises, business owners, and families on accounting & compliance, IFRS and financial reporting, corporate finance, governance and strategy, and specialist tax matters. The team is known for delivering practical, commercial, locally informed advice while assisting clients with regional and cross-border considerations.
