Jennifer Xu leads Andersen New Zealand’s Asia Business Practice, advising Asian investors, family offices, multinational enterprises and business owners on investment, acquisition, tax and expansion opportunities throughout New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region.
With more than 20 years of experience and strong relationships across New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the wider Asian region, Jennifer specialises in cross-border investment, international tax, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and family office advisory, fund structuring, and wealth and succession planning. She works closely with clients to navigate complex cross-border opportunities, structure investments effectively and achieve their long-term commercial objectives.
