During his eight years in London, Matt gained exposure to large and complex financial environments, building expertise in strategic decision-making and high-stakes advisory work. More recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a leading New Zealand health technology company, where he experienced first-hand the pressures of scaling a fast-moving, innovation-driven business. That experience continues to shape his pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with clients today.
