With a background spanning Corporate Finance, Business Advisory, Leveraged Finance and Corporate and Commercial Banking, Glen brings a unique blend of pragmatic commercial insight and deep interpersonal understanding. Glen’s previous roles at ANZ Commercial & Agri Bank, combined with international experience in Corporate Finance Transaction Services in London, give him a strong grounding in debt structuring, growth planning, business acquisitions, and navigating complex transitions.
Known for his calm, relational style and sense of humour, Glen works closely with business owners and families across generations. He is passionate about creating clarity, strengthening decision-making, and helping families build resilient businesses that last.

Glen lives on the North Shore with his wife Yvonne and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, motor racing, and long-distance trips in classic cars, especially in his 1960 AC Ace Bristol.
