1. What’s the most rewarding/best part of your job?
   The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the tangible impact of my advice on a client’s business—whether it's helping them navigate a tough cash flow period or enabling them to make confident decisions with clear financial insights. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be a trusted partner in their journey.
2. What do you enjoy most about working with SMEs?
   I love the diversity and dynamics of working with SMEs. Every business has a unique story, and the ability to directly influence their growth, efficiency, and financial clarity is both exciting and meaningful. You’re not just crunching numbers—you’re helping build something real.
   
   
3. How do you stay on top of industry changes and ensure clients stay ahead?
   I stay current through continuous professional development, regular industry updates, and by actively engaging with the latest in accounting technology and regulations. I also test and implement tools that improve reporting, forecasting, and automation—so clients benefit from efficiencies and strategic insights sooner.
   
   
4. What are you passionate about outside of work?
   Outside of work, I’m passionate about nature and spending quality time with my family. Whether it's exploring the outdoors with my husband and kids or simply enjoying quiet time together, it helps me recharge and stay grounded.
   
   
5. What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
   People are often surprised to learn that I originally trained and worked in auditing. That foundation has given me a strong understanding of risk, controls, and compliance—skills that continue to shape how I approach advisory and CFO work today.
   
   
6. What drives and motivates you?... where is your career heading?
   I’m driven by making a difference—both in the businesses I support and in the teams I work with. Solving problems, simplifying complexity, and helping people achieve clarity and progress is incredibly motivating.
   
   
7. What’s the best advice you’ve ever received, and how has it influenced your work?
   I see my career continuing to evolve in the advisory space, particularly in virtual CFO services and system implementation. I’m also passionate about mentoring others, so I’d love to keep developing in leadership and coaching roles within the firm.
   
   
8. How do you unwind after a busy day or week?I unwind by spending time outdoors with my family. A walk in nature or a relaxed family dinner helps me decompress and shift gears from work to home life.

    Many clients are grappling with cash flow uncertainty, rising costs, and adapting to technology. Others are navigating growth or succession planning. It’s a mix of strategic and operational hurdles.
